Shipping policy
Studio Sookie uses an external shipping partner to deliver your orders. Shipments are dispatched according to the logistics provider’s schedule, to the delivery address provided by the customer at checkout.
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination country.
Please note: During high-demand periods - such as sales, Christmas, Black Friday and other seasonal campaigns - delivery times may be extended due to external carrier constraints beyond Studio Sookie’s control.
Shipping Costs & Calculation
Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and are automatically calculated at checkout based on the number of items, weight/dimensions, and delivery destination, according to the following table:
Portugal (Mainland)
• Estimated delivery: around 2 business days
• Free shipping
Azores & Madeira
• Estimated delivery: around 3 business days
Europe
• Estimated delivery: around 5 business days
Rest of the World
• Estimated delivery: around 7 business days
Studio Sookie is not responsible for any additional customs, duties, or import fees that may apply upon arrival in the destination country-these costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
In the event of unavailability of the ordered item(s), Studio Sookie will notify the customer and issue a refund within a maximum of 15 days from the confirmation of unavailability.
Delivery is considered completed once the receipt is signed at the agreed delivery address.
