Return Policy

We want you to love every piece you bring into your home from Studio Sookie. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make the return process as smooth as possible.

Initiating a Return

* You can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
* Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.
* To begin a return, please email us at admin@studiosookie.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Non-Returnable Items

We always want you to love what you order—but for safety, quality, and care, some items cannot be returned:

- Used Candles or Fragrance Products
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on candles that have been lit or fragrance items that have been opened.
- Fragile or Delicate Items
Some decor pieces (like mirrors, marble objects, or glassware) are too delicate to safely ship more than once. To protect these items, they are final sale.
- Custom or Handmade Items
One-of-a-kind, handmade, or made-to-order items are crafted just for you, and cannot be returned.
- Final Sale or Discounted Items
Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during clearance events are not eligible for return or exchange, unless damaged.

Refunds

* Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified by email.
* Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
* Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Email admin@studiosookie.com with:
* Your order number
* Clear photos of the item and packaging
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
